COMPLIANCE BOUNDARIES
Direct about the work Certivo supports.
EIV is staff-operated. Certivo cannot query or run EIV. HUD-authorized staff retrieve it manually and can retain the review workflow in the appropriate property file.
Program layers stay explicit. Certivo supports selected and layered LIHTC, PBS8, HOME, and HUD/HOTMA review workflows; it does not make final legal or compliance determinations.
Platform-hosted checkout keeps payment collection outside the Certivo app. No card data is stored here.
